We've had the privilege of Oz working for our company since November 2022. Like his previous roles in Hawaii, Africa & Belize, we operate a fleet of Cessna Caravan aircraft so his understanding and proficiency with the aircraft type was unsurprisingly, of a high standard. A definite strength is his competency with the Garmin G1000.

What was a new challenge was flying in the Southern Alps of New Zealand, under Visual Flight Rules (VFR) which is unlike anything else in the world. Oz will be the first to admit this tested him outside of his comfort zone, but under experienced tuition, he took up the challenge and has returned for his second season of flying for us. This highlights his positive attitude toward learning - in return he has developed his flying skills to a higher level that could be transferred to any mountainous region in the world. 

Oz has a very relaxed disposition, his trademark 'whistle' is a sign of how happy he is when around aeroplanes! He is always kind and caring of our staff, and like most pilots loves a local lager to compliment a flight debrief of the days learnings. We would have no hesitation in recommending Oz in the next chapter of his flying career.
